Our personnel are drawn from elite military, police and intelligence services. They have  experience operating in austere and hostile environments; working with and training a variety of indigenous forces; and are qualified to provide focused and tailored training. We combine American project management and oversight with highly trained and experienced Southern African personnel with extensive military, police and intelligence careers ~ generally from Zimbabwe, South Africa, Namibia and Mozambique.


While providing training, technical advice, or mentoring, our instructors and advisors seek to instill basic democratic and human rights values for the long term betterment of the trainees. Our personnel have extensive and varied operational experience and are mature and seasoned veterans who are prepared and qualified to provide ongoing mentoring and close support to their trainees.
